Our Assistant Priest

The Reverend Sean David Duncan

The Reverend Sean David Duncan was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, to a Christian family. Baptized as an infant at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Conyers, GA, Sean’s faith became his own after a mission trip among a Christian community in Merida, Mexico. After graduating from Valdosta State University in 2008 with a B.A. in Public Relations, Sean spent two years as a campus minister at Mercer University in Macon, GA. Subsequently, he matriculated at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO, earning a Masters of Divinity there.
After completion of seminary, Sean was drawn to the Anglican tradition and ordination. Confirmed on the Feast of St. Agnes, January 21, 2016, in Orlando, FL, he was then ordained to the diaconate on Sept 7th, 2017 (in a hurricane!), and to the Priesthood on March 10th of 2018. In addition to his priestly duties, Sean is also the director of Christian Education for the parish.
Sean’s wonderful wife Amber is a homemaker and mother to their son, Owen, and daughter, Annie. They are also proud owners of a French bulldog named Meatball.
