savoies with bishopReceived by Bishop Jake OwensbySee what kind of love

the Father has given to us,
White Cross

that we should be

called children of God;

and so we are.

The reason why the world

does not know us

is that it did not know him.

Being Received into the Episcopal Church means a person has been Confirmed in another liturgical tradition (such as Roman Catholic or Lutheran).  You are Received into the Church rather than Confirmed because The Episcopal Church recognizes their sacraments. A person is Received into the Episcopal Church by a bishop.

If you are interested in being Received at St. Paul's, please contact the Ministry Office at 318-865-8469.
